A Commercial Support Network
You Can Count On Me (YCCOM) is a professionally administered
network of nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) and private
individuals, created to overcome the delays and oversights that
keep even civic minded people from supporting worthy projects or
initiatives. YCCOM members make an enforceable pledge to
provide their fellow network members a small increment of support
over the course of a year. The required contributions are
deliberately small in recognition of the fact that to make the world a

How Much Does It Cost To Join:
|
 | | There is a $25.00 annual enrollment fee;
|
 | | For individuals, $7.00 of that amount is the non- |
| | refundable cost of network membership; the remaining $18.00 is escrowed until you designate a fellow network member to receive your contribution and the corresponding amount(s) are debited. Also, twenty five cents ($0.25) gets credited to your escrow account, each time you refer someone who actually joins the network;
|
 | | For NGOs, $10.00 of that amount is the non- |
| | refundable cost of network membership; the remaining $15.00 is escrowed until the organization designates a fellow network member to receive a contribution and the corresponding amount(s) are debited. Also, twenty five cents ($0.25) gets credited to the escrow account of corresponding NGOs, each time one of their members join the network;
|
 | | For a limited time, network membership fees will |
| | not be debited for 90 days. Individuals and NGOs essentially get a year and three months of membership for the price of one year!

How Often Must Our Members Donate:

How Often Can Support Be Requested:
|
 | | No more than five (5) times per quarter [i.e. three |

|
 | | A bi-weekly update of support and donation | | | requests are emailed to our members on a staggered basis [i.e. network members are updated consecutively rather than simultaneously];
|
 | | Network members decide who, what, if, and when | | | they support and/or donate, consistent with their membership pledge;
|
 | | The escrow accounts of appropriate network | | | members are debited and a check for all accumulated donations is mailed to designated donees on a monthly basis;
|
 | | About once a month, network members report | | | their non-monetary support of fellow network members via our online submission form or email. These simple reports are randomly audited for accuracy;
|
 | | Network members receive a quarterly report | | | reflecting their escrow balance and any corresponding "Pledge Shortfall Adjustment (PSA)";
|
 | | Network members who fail to provide and timely | | | report their pledged level of support and/or donations are debited one fourth (1/4th) of their escrow funds at the time of their corresponding, quarterly report. These assessments are subject to appeal. PSA funds are escrowed and equally distributed to the escrow accounts of all network members bi-annually, less a ten percent (10%) administration fee.
