Access in not only the state of
Michigan, but throughout the entire
country. Comcast is attempting to
arbitrarily move PEG access
channels to the 'digital Siberia' of
television, in the unlisted 900
regions of their new digital system,
which most people who get cable do
not nor cannot access. This poses a
huge threat to the futured
sustainability and relevancy to local
video channels and the production
resources they maintain.
