YCCOM Network Enrollment

I pledge that I have provided accurate, current contact information and to the extent this enrollment is that of a NGO, I confirm that I am duly authorized to act on behalf of the organization.

I further pledge that at least one (1) time per month for each of the twelve (12) consecutive months following this submission that I will provide my fellow network members the following support:

>My signature on a letter and/or petition;

>I will generally circulate or otherwise transmit a supportive email as requested;

>I will post a comment;

>I will transmit a supportive message via fax as requested;

>I will make a supportive phone call as requested;

AND/OR

>I will donate at least One Dollar ($1.00), not to exceed Five Dollars ($5.00).

I understand that I need only make the indicated monetary donation up to four (4) times per year, at least once per quarter (i.e. three consecutive months).
